Introduction
I have prepared this packet for you because whether one likes it or not religion plays a major role in the life of this country at all levels. (In fact, religion is one of the most important determinants of ethnicity. In fact it is so important that, as we have seen in this course, it can become the basis of an artificial construction of race.) While there are many religions practiced in this country, this packet covers only the three monotheistic religions that between them together possess the most adherents and has had the most impact on the historical evolution U.S. society: Christianity, Islam and Judaism. Note that this packet comprises sub-packets.
Instructions for Accessing the Articles
